By placing an order with XINSU you agree to the terms below.
Products
- All our pieces are made from natural gemstone. Colour, pattern and internal features vary between beads and batches — photographs are representative, not a guarantee of an identical item.
- Measurements are of the strung length, including clasp-free elastic, measured flat.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude duties unless stated at checkout. We may correct obvious pricing errors and will contact you before doing so on an existing order.
- An order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation.
Liability
- Our pieces are jewellery, not medical devices. We make no health or therapeutic claims for any stone.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing terms
These terms are the operating terms of the store. The formal legal policies (privacy, refund) are linked in the footer; if any clause is unenforceable, the rest stand.
