Made-to-order bracelets: up to 5 working days before dispatch, because they are strung after you order.
Ready-made pieces, kits and tools: within 2 working days.
You get a tracking number by email the moment your parcel leaves the workbench.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on every order in the United States, with tracking. No minimum spend, no code, no threshold.

We do not currently ship outside the United States. If you are elsewhere and have your heart set on a piece, message us through the contact form and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
Returns
Thirty days on unworn pieces in their original condition. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, post it back in the condition it arrived, and we refund the price of the piece once it reaches us. Return postage is yours unless the piece arrived faulty or we made a mistake — in that case we cover both ways.
Made-to-order bracelets are returnable under the same 30-day rule as long as they are unworn. Custom engraving and gift cards are not returnable.
Alterations
Size changes, restringing and stone swaps are covered free after the return window too. See Free alterations.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Send a photo within 14 days and we will repair or remake it, and cover postage both ways.
